The Erasmus+ Jean Monnet program aims at promoting education, research, sports and international communication, established by European Commission in 1987. It presently has a budget of 14.7 euros.
The program also aims at “fostering the dialogue between the academic world and policy-makers, in particular with the aim of enhancing governance of EU policies.”
The UT regional group studies is the first and only winner of Jean Monnet award in Iran.
The group is planning to present specialized courses in the field of EU studies at MA and PhD levels.
The UT regional group studies also plans to enhance its educational and research programs through further cooperation with the European Commission.
